Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 10 days of receipt date and within 21 days for international orders. 

Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in the physical state in which you received them, including all original tags, bags, and free of defects. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable. To return your item(s), email sales@leahkirsch.com with your order number. Customer is responsible for sending back order - we do not offer free returns or exchanges.

• All Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales are final.
• All sale and discounted items (coupon code applied) are non-refundable.
• All footwear and custom sneakers are final sale. No exceptions. We are not responsible for any wear and/or tear by customer after wearing. 
• All custom work and custom iPhone cases are final sale.
• All tie dye pieces, headwear, and swim are final sale.
• All art and prints are final sale. 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and your original payment method will automatically be credited. Please allow 5-8 business days for the credit to be applied.

ART

All art is final sale with no exceptions. Any art ordered off the Leah Kirsch website (leahkirsch.com) is custom made and is final sale after payment. Any art ordered via email or text via Leah or an employee of Leah is also final sale with no exceptions. 

If art is refused delivery, we are not responsible for refunds or charges on returned  damaged items.

All deposits for art are non-refundable.
